When I found this place, I fell in love. As much processed food and junk food that is served in this country. I am always looking for a healthier option for balance in my diet. I was diagnosed as a type one insulin-dependent juvenile diabetic when I was three years old and because I choose to avoid the majority end of junk food and meat in my diet high have perfect blood pressure and cholesterol after almost 50 years of diabetes.

When I tell you guys I love this location! I’m here between 2-3 times a week but I’m always here on a Saturday. I’ve tried every menu option and you guys don’t seem to disappoint. That Tandoori chicken please don’t get rid of it ! The team is always so nice and makes you feel welcomed. The store is always clean no matter what time I enter. Have had salads here at least a dozen times over the past year. They are very good. All items are always fresh and taste great. A lot of good options including vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. We’ve dined in a couple of times but we usually use one of the delivery services and have the orders delivered. can’t complain. The few times we’ve gone inside the staff was friendly and helpful. Customizing your options on an order is never a problem.

Had a great experience at Just Salad in the Boca Center. Salad expert, Alex, took great care in mixing and making my salad. He was a little stingy with the chicken but luckily Shinice stepped in. Im assuming the manager and made sure everything was just right. Not to mention the salad was delicious. That’s what good customer service does. Will definitely be coming back.

I stopped in today for the first time. Not sure of what I wanted to I went with the suggested Cobb Salad. The young man that assisted me was very courteous. I opted not to get the salad dressing that automatically came with the salad and went with their version of Ranch (it is very watery). As I was preparing to check out, there was confusion about whether or not I needed to pay for an additional dressing between the cashier and the young man that prepared my salad. ( this is happening in front of customers. The cashier then says, “ I can imagine what y’all going on with at night to the young man.” Unprofessional, all while getting an attitude with me as I advise that there is a place and time for that conversation. I was unimpressed with the salad, and the lack of customer service left me not wanting to return any time soon.

I walked in at 7:50pm and ordered two complicated salads. Neither of these salads were off the menu. This guy, Tyler, made both salads in less than 2 minutes. Everything was perfect. I was out of there with both salads made perfectly by 7:53pm, and that was after I paid and grabbed some napkins. He ran through my order like it was an Olympic sport. As I told Tyler, his salad making, including the precision, attention to detail, and speed, was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen at a fast food or salad making establishment. He made no mistakes and I didn’t even have to tell him any ingredient twice. You should have seen him cutting the braised chicken. He should enter some sort of contest. Best salad I’ve had all year.
