I went to Just Subs on Sunday and the food and service was absolutely amazing. Dez and Chris were working and Dez was so attentive, had a bubbly personality and made suggestions that made our subs even better than I anticipated. Chris was busy making online or previously scheduled orders but was also friendly and attentive. We would go back just for the customer service alone. Luckily the subs were also delicious. Definitely stop by if you’re in town. I’d even travel a few towns over for this combination of good food and great service.

Don’t believe the pictures (which looked great and led me to order here) They are VERY light on the deli meat; especially for the cost of the sub. Not with half the price IMO. There’s more bread than anything on this sandwich.

Horrible experience the last two times I ordered (I don’t go here much) and staff is incredibly rude now, except the one kid who is black is super nice. ( sorry don’t know how else to describe him) . The owner used to always be there when I went and he was super nice and pleasant. The last 2 young white males who were working there were not only rude AF but my sandwiches were messed up. Perhaps they should repeat the order back for accuracy and to ensure there is no miscommunication. They rush you off the phone to give you the wrong item and then are rude on every level and then the sandwich is overpriced and skimpier than quickchek which is right across the street. They need to step up their game or I suspect they won’t last much longer with the many other restaurants coming to downtown Woodbridge. I wish I could love it here but that’s not the case. Making a sub/sandwich isn’t anything hard to do especially when the place is dead so I don’t know how the attitude is warranted. I asked for a refund and the guy clearly didn’t care about the customers experience. I’d give zero stars if I could. Training is needed for sure and portions need to be larger. Wawa does a better job but sandwich station would be preferred but they close at 5:30pm. I ended up ordering from Pino’s instead.
