Overall good experience. I got the all you can eat salad bar for $8.00. Honey got the Wyoming Ribeye, baked potato, and Mac & cheese. Plus we got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. The service was great but we went right at 4PM when they opened. It got very busy not long after. They even have an outside area if you would rather dine outside. Note: you may want to make sure to bring cash because they charge a 3% charge for cards.

My husband and I come here every so often and it’s always a wonderful experience! We came last night for my birthday dinner and the service was absolutely great, the food was scrumptious, and it’s one of the only places we can get a great steak. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Excellent food and service! We were a little concerned when we showed up about 5:30 on Saturday night and the parking lot was full. We almost left but finally found a parking spot way in the back. We were pleasantly surprised to see a number of empty seats when we were told there was a party of 80 in the back. We were seated right away and our orders were taken promptly. Even more surprising was that our hot food arrived just moments after we sat back down to eat our salads from the wonderful salad bar—super fresh compared to many others we have tried. My steak and baked potato was great. The rice pilaf was very dry and not soft, but that was really the only thing that wasn’t great. My wife loved the salad bar too. We topped it off with the Oreo mud pie, as if we weren’t full enough! Great server and 5 star experience. We will be back!

I would describe this as a family style steakhouse with pricing more in line with a little more upscale restaurant. We arrived early evening and were seated quickly. Staff was very friendly, but table service was a little slow.

4-29-23 we called 2 weeks in advance for a party of 18 reservations for this date. We were seated and ordered drinks plus appetizers which came in a timely manner. Then the waitress took the dinner order — out of 18 dinner orders 14 came out within a reasonable amount of time. The next 4 came out 10 to 15 minutes later with problems. 2 orders of Hawaiian chicken —chicken was tough on cold rice but the baked potato was hot; the other Hawaiian chicken plate was completely cold so asked for a to-go box. Shrimp order was completely greasy; Wyoming steak ($30) looked small and was not tasty rather bland. Refills of drinks happened only once —- Yes, the gratuity was added to the bill —for the service we got tip totally overpriced. This is not the quality of service nor meal that JW Steakhouse has been known for in the past. Overpriced meal for the quality of food!! Disappointed!!!

Originally booked a Wedding Catering for $1000 months prior. JW failed to even make our order and refuse to answer phone calls regarding a refund. We’ve been waiting for our order to arrive but it never did. After calling The employee Richard that spoke on the phone with us was rude and replying with “I don’t care,” and hung up. DO NOT ORDER ANY DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! This has upset many MANY PEOPLE!!!! Never will receive our business ever again.
