Excellent burgers and fries! The Double Dropzone Burger was amazing! Super fresh beef, hand-formed patties. Plenty of fries to share in a large and prices aren’t bad considering you’re on an island. Highly recommend when visiting Wrangell!

Josh Young is a great owner and chef who aspires to make the best tasting burger around, and has succeeded. Given the limitations of a small town he has really done amazing things! I wouldn’t be surprised if he started his own chain matching in-n-out level quality.

Ordered a burger, southern double, and it was made quick and tasted great. Both employees were friendly and naturally knew all the locals. The place was on par with what one would expect in this small town, and I look forward to eating there again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Service is the worst in all of Wrangell. They lie about when you pick up orders to avoid apologizing for something they did wrong. Their fries are way too salty, they dont care about the quality of their food, and way too slow to be considered “fast food”.

There are no chain restaurants in Wrangell. J&Ws is the only fast food type restaurant. Locally owned and operated by some awesome folks. The menu offers a unique variety of yummy food.
