Absolutely the best bbq I’ve ever had, let alone Hawaiin bbq! The flavors are perfect, not too sweet, not salty but not bland at all! Perfect flavor profile! The chicken is moist and tender, the steak is flavorful and not made dry, the galbi is delicious and tender. Was skeptical trying it and boy was amazed and impressed! I understand why one reviewer said he travels 40 mins to here to try it when he comes to Hawaii. Try it! You’ll love it guys! #GemHasBeenFound @GemHasBeenFound

After a day at the beach, we were famished. We found this restaurant in a small plaza. Very low key, but their combo D was delicious and portions were generous! While, there was no indoor seating, you could sit outside and eat. Highly recommended!

absolute GAS. me and my friend got the “2 of the above for $14” option with chicken katsu and fried rice and it was SO GOOD. seriously the best katsu i’ve had on this island and i don’t see it changing anytime soon. it fed the both of us VERY well for only about $7 each. the woman taking orders is SO NICE and the food was made super fast!!! 100% recommend for FIRE FOOD. absolutely stop by!!!!! and make sure to tip!!! 🙂
