First dining experience in a new town with almost no options (that we would choose). So we were elated to find that K&B is the real deal… $2.99 lb steamed crawfish, seasoned PERFECTLY, with only a handful of hollow or tiny ones. It was on par with NOLA, and even better than some! Employees are super nice and very friendly. We’re definitely fans and will be back. Excited to try other menu items!

Don’t waste your money here, but drive down to Hammond/Ponchatoula if you are looking for good boiled seafood. Crawfish were overcooked and under seasoned. Imagine salt and a small amount of crab boil. They charge a 3.99% “customer pricing charge”, then take off 3.49% if you pay cash. You still pay above the menu price for your order. At least they clearly mark the surcharge, so can’t complain too much.

This place stays busy. I didn’t buy their cooked crawfish I bought a bag raw but they were a good size and hardly any dead ones. Their cooked crawfish must be good though cause their drive through was packed and they had run out by 3pm!
