I’d have given five stars if the food weren’t so spicy that my husband couldn’t eat it. I loved the flavor of the Crawfish cheesesteak. However, the digital menu in the restaurant no longer displays the crawfish sandwich, the woman who took our order did not tell us that it would be spicy, and it was so spicy that it made my nose run. My husband just ate the fries as his meal. If you like spicy food, however, it’s a great sandwich. Also, the woman who took our order and brought us our food did not greet us, smile, or say anything beyond what was necessary to take our order and deliver our food. Not exactly rude, but not friendly either. I was pleased that the food came out super fast. Also, there was no water in the soda machine.

I ordered online… Their online system isn’t the best but I selected a peach lemonade and my chicken philly with NO sauces… The total was $17.25.. I get inside, she decides to add 3 more dollars for the drink! Okay cool. I paid for peaches online, but apparently there was no drink selected! I go back outside to get $.45 cents to pay with my $20.00! I come back, she’s added another dollar to the total! The new total was $21.45… I refused to pay the extra dollar because before I walked out, she confirmed $20.45.. I walk back in and you added something to make the total $21.45 now!! It’s the principal! All she had to do was charge me the difference of a combo! Then I was about to walk out but I checked my food! I clearly said NO MAYO and NO KJ sauce! She wanted to argue with me about the “no sauce”! She rechecked the receipt and saw it was an error on her behalf! Bottom line, I will not be back! For the confusion and price, I can go elsewhere! Not worth the headache! I feel sorry for nice young gentlemen that works there! He tried to make the situation better, but she would not let him!

I’ve tried two of the Philly cheese steaks and the wings. My wife tried the chicken club. All of these items were good. The Phillies were about $12, so not terribly expensive for what you’re getting. They also have a full menu of seafood options which we plan to try in the future. The seafood we saw them bringing out looked good. The service was good and it took 5-10 minutes to get our food each time we’ve visited. The only thing I’d suggest would be selling beer to go with the wings and seafood. They offer signature lemonades with different flavors, tea, and soft drinks.

The chicken wings are delicious. Best I’ve had in Hattiesburg. Just the right size. Slighty different with batter used and maybe a pinch of salt to much, but Highly Recommend to tru if a wing enthusiasts.

It is very clean, and sanitized inside. Staff have masks on. They are open for dine in. I had a Philly Cheese and Cajun Fries with a Strawberry Lemonade. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.

The food was okay: the customer service could’ve been better! If I walk into your restaurant greet me! The guy who took my order was nice. I’m guessing the owners who were at the counter and the lady wiping down need classes on customer service!

Originally from Philly and I gotta say this places has got the best cheesesteak I’ve had in The Sip. Heck, it’s even better than some places back in Philly! The fries are great too. A fantastic lunch spot and the dining area is always tidy.

The food was great, and so was the customer service. The dine in atmosphere is clean and relaxed. My husband and I stopped in today to grab lunch for the first time at this establishment, and it was definitely a great choice! The strawberry lemonade complimented the meal perfectly!
