I got Mary Lou’s dinner. It was not what I expected. Small portion of grilled chicken that was nothing special with beans and cole slaw. The beans were the best part of my meal. Our waitress zoomed by like she barely had time to stop and actually listen to what we were asking for. We go to pay at the register and find out it’s CASH or CHECK only. I said this would have been nice to know before we were seated. The lady at the register didn’t care and said there is a sign on the door that was propped open and on her register. You expect people to come into your establishment who haven’t been there and look at every sign in your business? Maybe actually make the effort to tell people since it’s 2021 and most people don’t carry an abundance of cash or have checks on them. Lady at the register, you’re rude and didn’t even care about my concern. You have a poor attitude and the reason for my review. The business only cares about their regulars and it shows.

Stopped in for lunch and got the pork BBQ sandwich with fries and beans and a drink. The BBQ sandwich didn’t have a lot of meat but aas enough for lunch and it tasted great with some of there sauce on it. The price was also great for a lunch stop. The waitress was fast and friendly. Highly recommend stopping by this place for lunch or dinner.
