Found this cute place in a Google Search for North Kenosha Breakfast spots. Had great reviews.

This place was great. Only two waitresses and two cooks working on Memorial Day. They did an amazing job. The transparency was great, service was excellent and food was super yummy. The mimosas were delicious. Orange juice was fresh.

Wow! I was thoroughly excited for a new spot for breakfast in Kenosha. KTOWN cafe has some great menu options. Menu is very similar to Meli Cafe in Racine, and I LOVE that place, so i was excited Kenosha has a similar offering.

Stopped by for the first time yesterday. The staff was friendly. Didn’t take long at all to get our food. I ordered the Grand Slam combo with French Toast and a side of hashbrowns. My daughter ordered the Tex-Mex Burger. All was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Based on all the positive reviews, we were excited to try this cafe on the north side, however after trying it we were underwhelmed by the food and service. Maybe we just went when they were having a bad day. Like other reviews stated, the ventilation system needs improved. We reeked of the restaurant cooking fumes when we left. It was super strong and off putting. The food was just ok. I had a veggie skillet and substituted hashbrowns for the diced potatoes with eggs over easy and iced tea. The tea was great. Service was prompt, not overly friendly but efficient. The eggs were cooked as ordered, but the thin layer of veggie medley seemed like it came from a bag of frozen vegetables and was under cooked and barely room temperature with very little hashbrowns or cheese. It looked great but the cold temperature and crisp, under heated veggies were meh. I would have sent it back, if our server had checked on us after delivering the food, however this wasn’t the case. My hubby had the breakfast wrap and diced potatoes. Again, looked great but just ok. It wasn’t served hot either. We might have given this restaurant another chance with different menu choices, except the smell of the place was on us all day and wasn’t pleasant.

As soon as you walk inside, you can already tell everything on the menu is going to taste good! The smell instantly makes your mouth water. I got the Oreo waffle and side of bacon, my boyfriend got the meat lovers wrap and grand slam. Everything was delicious. Loved the coffee mugs (nice and homey feel). Service was friendly and quick as well! And prices are very reasonable. Would definitely come back again and again!

Okay you all! I went into this restaurant having low expectations. Because in my opinion, we don’t have many outstanding cafes outside from Daily Dose. However I was blown away! Like honestly, I would say Daily Dose and K-Town Cafe are tied! We walked in we’re greeted by Jaime who ended up being our waitress! She was super fun and might be one of the best servers we’ve ever had. That and their menu is pretty big. My husband got the meat lover’s omelette with red potatoes and a side of pancakes (which were homemade). I got the chicken dumpling soup and also sampled the French onion (both were house made and mind blowing), with a side of hash browns. Everything was perfect! The atmosphere, the service, and the food. We are definitely going to be regulars there. I highly recommend checking it out!

Wanted to give them one more chance cause I stopped ordering because all the food is so plain and blah tasting. No flavor on anything at all and very very average. But definitely can not order with them again after once again the biscuits and gravy were still very plain and not good tasting and had this hard leaf or whatever it is under the gravy on the biscuits. This is sickening! And maybe why all their food is tasteless because the cooks can’t see or they are not paying any attention. Totally makes sense but save yourselfs. This is a very very low quality of food in alot of ways and I’m not a picky person by any means. Terrible!
