The food is good but the representative (Asian lady) at the front counter was extremely rude. I was on the phone with my co worker who went for her first visit to pick up the food, this was a horrible experience for her. The order was placed correctly. Miscommunications occur, but how the rep handled the situation was the key. She was very rude and argumentative for no reason. If K wings respect the neighborhood and the people they serve, they will truly take this review into consideration, whether she was the manager or not. Do Better!!!!!

Employees are nice. But this has got to be the worst fried rice I ever had.. I thought it was just the 1 time I went up there.. I go up there today because I keep seeing people go in .. so I said maybe it was just that 1 time or maybe it’s a different cook this time.. I got the rice again i find burnt pieces throughout the rice. (See when they open the food and let you look at it , it looks fine, once you take it home to eat you get deeper in it there’s burnt pieces.) There sign says NO REFUNDS. I said I am DONE eating here.

How long should it take for someone to take a phone orders? 10,15, 30, mins? Well maybe once you get to the store you will find you still on hold after traveling 16miles from Candler Road in Decatur to College Park West Fayetteville where the store is located. would be better? To find that it not first time this has happen from another customer. Once you bring it to their attention. Then not receiving a apology from the staff. Then being told it not their fault you been on phone that long. You received mail them that you would like to speak to the manager. Basically they tell you do what you got to do. But have time conversate with other employees. While was you listening on phone. Now do think you should spend you hard earned 120.00 a month at this restaurant on matter how good the food is? I wonder whos she related to or sleeping with that she feels that. She care treat a customer in such a manner.

Do not rush, take your time. The lady at the front tells everyone their food will be ready in 10mins because “people might not come” if she doesn’t. Meanwhile, I was 5mins away and have been waiting for 10 wing for 45mins.

Food is always good. No matter what I order, how I place it (via phone or at counter), I am always pleased with the service and speed. It’s never been longer than a 20 minute wait. The restaurant is always clean. I have nothing to complain about. I’ve been there well over 7 times in the last 3 months. Keep up the great work guys!
