Very very impressed, and we are big sushi fans!!!! Came in for lunch, and our daughter recommended it. We got 8 rolls and were super happy with each other. The variety of rolls is quite large and a good mix of styles. Everyone left happy and with full tummy’s. We will stop by next time we are in St George. We got a side booth and loved the privacy we felt. Love the atmosphere and everyone was very kind.

This is the second time in 4 days we’ve been here, and both times it was TOP NOTCH!!! Please forgive me for the half eaten photos. I usually do better. Both times our party was 6 or more. The waiter, who was the same both times, took our order by memory and nailed it! By far the best sushi I’ve had since moving here a year ago. I love the atmosphere, with the Japanese backdrop and the cool light fixtures. Quick, efficient, and attentive service. I moved from a big city with great options for sushi… this is right up there with the best!

Delicious and a pleasant environment. I love their take on the calmari–grilled, not deep-fried! Didn’t love all the items, and dinner rolls are quite pricey, but otherwise had a wonderful experience.

Just, wow. We were not expecting such originality from a sushi place. Incredible combinations and presentations. We got the Linda (fun names) based on some locals’ recommendations. It was fantastic and huge. We also got a hand-rolled sushi just to see what it was. We probably won’t get those again because they are small for the price. They are like a sushi taco cone with seaweed wrapper as the shell. My husband got an OMG roll. It was very different than the Linda but so good. The only thing I would suggest is they need to have better descriptions of the food on their menu, because they aren’t the same ‘ol sushi place.

The atmosphere was really nice. We started off with some great gyoza—I’d definitely recommend getting some here. Then, my friend got the Nobu Special and loved it and I got the beef teriyaki (which was not the best I’ve ever had). We finished our meal with mango mochi, which was absolutely amazing. Overall, the food was good and not too pricey compared to other sushi places.

Best sushi I’ve had for a long time! I traveled through the west of the US and Wochenende stopped here. Especially liked the low content of rice and lots of filling. This way you could eat more and wouldn’t feel like you ate too much. Service was exceptional – contrary to the bad ratings.

We really enjoy the atmosphere and sushi here! Waiters are always nice and polite and we get our food fast. This last time we tried some of the noodles and loved them. I do recommend always getting the sushi cut, the hand rolls are very disproportionate.

I love this place ❤️ I brought my family here and it was 13 people total. The waiter took our order from memory, and my family was worries the order would not go properly because it wasn’t written down. Everything came out PERFECT and exactly what we ordered. I had the sashimi salad which has very good sashimi on it, I also had the Yellowtail collor with a single bowl of rice so simple but a perfect dish for me. The tempura was crispy Teriyaki is delicious Classic Tempura roll was on point! Overall, Kabuto gave my family an excellent experience, and the price at the end felt great paying it!!!
