Ownership does not know how to run a restaurant. Everything has been a turn off from this place lately. Way overpriced. Only thing good is the staff during the day, the ladies that treat it like it was meant to be. I see bankruptcy coming soon, as management is pitiful. Maybe Americans can take it back over and run it like its meant to be until then I can’t give it a rating at all. The best would be-1 & only because the few staff during the day that actually try to keep it the same

Have been many many times had the same problem with same lady rude and won’t make my Stromboli with light light sauce I have put up with over and over we hadn’t been in months cause of this and today decided to go back and try once more sadly again she was very rude and this is light light sauce put on top and bottom of my sandwich

Sadly, we won’t be returning. This place used to be one of the best pizza shops in the area growing up but something has drastically changed! We were told our order would be ready in 35 minutes so we showed up in 30 minutes and the pizza was ice cold, cheese was hard and the crust was so chewy we could barely bite into it. Forget the breadsticks…..cold and flavorless! And the so-called salad was a bowl of wilted shredded iceberg lettuce with cheese on top. They are charging far too much money for this trash food. I’d rather eat dirt….oh wait, I think I just did. The decor is exactly the same as it was 30 years ago and it looks like it’s been about that long since they’ve cleaned the place!

Went to celebrate my nephews 10th birthday only to receive the worst treatment ever! The new owner is rude & very intense! While the pizza was good & the girls behind the counter were great THE NEW OWNER MANAGER WAS HORRID!!! She is ruining the reputation of one of the greatest pizza spots ever! Sadly we won’t go back!

Ugh…. stopped in. It looks so welcoming from the outside. However not so much when we walked in. Old lady behind counter was so very rude ! She ran to the other lady as we walked in and started whispering. Totally juvenile. Especially since she looked to be in her late 70s early 80s. Won’t be coming back.
