An average bowl of ramen with super dry meat. I used to like the AlhambrA one… But this is just not my favorite. The chicken soup is not thick like it used to be. Soup seems water down and noodle don’t have the same chewy texture.

My daughter and I were in town and went to Google to find a place to have some ramen. Kai Ramen Arcadia was more than we expected. The sweetest lady waited on us and she was just an absolute dream. We have had a lot of ramen and this place was by far the best. The katsu curry with rice was so amazing, I wanted to lick the bowl. My daughter ordered the Kai White ramen and I had the Tonkotsu Classic ramen. We could not decide which was better. The pork was perfect, the egg was so creamy and delicious. We will definitely be back!

My first time eating at Kai’s and was really impressed with the variety of ramen offered. I ordered the Kai’s White Ramen and immediately fell in love. The broth was really flavorful, lighter on the saltiness and was well balanced with the garlic butter!!! The noodles were so good and was accompanied with a variety of ingredients and textures. They offer a special which you can select a small side dish or drink for free!

This is a fantastic ramen chain with a friendly staff and I love their Lunch offerings. I ordered their Yellow Ramen special with spicy miso broth and it was really flavorful with tender chasu and the Gyoza was alright. Plenty of free parking in lot.
