If I could give infinite stars, I would! Ava was super professional and friendly making the order and the owner, Miriam, was also wonderful. I ordered the Purple Dream, and trying it was my first time trying anything ube, and I really recommend it! It was nutty, sweet, refreshing and full of flavour. The establishment was clean and full of colour. When I come back, I’ll order the ramen and write about it here.

What a charming local eatery for your Ramen craving! The unlikely, or maybe uncommon combination of Ramen and Shaved Ice (and Ice cream) actually works out really well. The Ramen is one of the best I’ve had and won’t ashame a Tokyo ramen establishment. The ice cream have a very refreshing flavors (not your common snickers or s’more).

Drove from Waldwick to have the ramen (took home) and pineapple & coconut shaved ice (ate onsite) both were delicious! Friendly staff, quality ingredients and great flavors with both. Worth the drive and we will go back again soon. Highly recommend

I usually dont give 5 stars as you can see my other reviews but this place knows how to make ramen and dessert. It was my first time trying hawaiian shave ice and it was amazing experience. Try their halo halo and 3 flavor combo. Very refeshing dessert and enough portion to share. Ramen was also great. Broth was just right (not salty which i liked the most) Saimin Ramen is must try ramen. Portion is little bit small but good enough for an adult male to have as lunch. I think this will be my favorite place to go in my area. Definitely coming back. See you next time 🙂
