I have a friend who works here so my roommates and I come pretty regularly. The meats and sauces are amazing, but it is a couple dollars more for a meal here then I would have expected per plate size and food type.

I have been eating here since we moved to Rexburg about 3 years ago. I have always been impressed with taste, costs and portions! I just recently found out I have a lot of food allergies. My super sweet daughter went in today and showed the list of my allergies and they have a menu that accommodates all of them (Which like I said is a lot ) as always amazing food and the customer service from Dallas was phenomenal!! I ate here a few months ago 3 times and I didn’t have a good experience. Because I was not aware of the menu, I did not make food choices that I liked. Last time it was excellent because I found a dish that I liked and it was very well served. Breaded chicken, pork and steak. It was very good. Very good service every time I’ve been there.

I give it three stars because the food is amazing, I was a recently helped by Addie on the phone who got the order wrong. When I arrive to pick up the order somebody else corrected it but instead of doing the Uno fries, they ordered the Blair town fries. When Eddie came to bring me my food at the window she very rudely said “so you remember next time these are the Blair Town fries.” Of course that was not at all what I wanted after I had gotten a mouthful of hot sauce. I called back to let them know I would be bringing my food back to exchange it and reached Addie on the phone again. She said that they would exchange it but to next time know what I was ordering. Understandable, when I arrive to pick up my food she had the audacity to label every ingredient on the top of my to-go box. I know it isn’t rocket science to do your job there but the customer is always right and I don’t appreciate being treated as rudely as I was.

I have never been disappointed getting food here. I usually get a combo #1 with chicken katsu and bulgogi beef/pulled pork or Blairstown fries. If you’re looking for a fast food place where you don’t feel bad after eating, this is the place.

I am only rating the quality of the food. It was our first time eating here and probably our last. We wanted to get a variety of the food so we could know if it’s worth ever returning. We spent just a little bit over $23.00 for food. We got the combo #3 which gives you 5 different samples of meats and the chicken katsu.
