I had the original, and my friend had the roast beef. Both were delicious and the roast beef was very tender. I love that the noodles aren’t too salty and you can add as much condiments (vinegar, chili oil, garlic crisps, chili flakes) as you want. Reminds me of chili oil noodles but ramen style!

kajiken has been hyped up for their noodles and dry ramen. we arrived at 5:15pm and waited 45 minutes for a table. we ordered right away but our food still took like 30 minutes to come. they have a simple menu with a variety of spicy, non-spicy, vegetarian noodle dishes and appetizers.

Really flavor noodles with significant chewiness. I thought the roast beef noodle was particularly clever with the yogurt sauce combined with the roast beef. It tasted novel and was really satisfying.

First time trying dry ramen, and went with the homura aburasoba (spicy minced pork), which has the raw egg yolk for richness. It was delicious and very rich toward the end, so my husband ended up finishing my bowl.
