Y’all….. RUN, don’t walk to this AMAZING Food TRUCK. SERIOUSLY.. they are SO>GOOD this was my first time to try them, and I didn’t even realize it was a food truck. It’s a Monday thank goodness, or I wouldn’t have even discovered this little gem in Tullahoma (because the other sushi places are closed). I got 3 rolls and 2 orders of the steak hibachi with fried rice (cooked med rare) for my husband and I. It took me 20 minutes to drive home with it. we ate the sushi first and I was in HEAVEN. Any roll that contains their ‘Crab Salad’ GET.IT. and the sushi rice is PERFECT and taste like it’s supposed to.. not tough or dry in the least. It reminds me of some of the rolls I used to get in south east Texas where I’m from, that I have never been able to find anywhere else. moving on to the steak, cooked to perfection.. it was tender and flavorful… the rice was perfect and moist, no tough under cooked grains that you can sometimes get. I can’t wait to try them again and get different items to see how they compare. They are also very friendly. if you don’t want to walk up and wait, call it in like I did and pick it up and pay when you arrive. TRY THEM OUT.. you won’t be sorry.

Kaki Japanese Cuisine is the best healthy food you’ve ever tasted. I can only enjoy veggies and or fish, shrimp, sushi for health reasons. WHOA! Was this place a God sent Angel.?! It’s a question, statement and exclamation ‼️ Crunchy roll, veggies and rice are my absolute favorites.

SO GOOD! the owners are so polite. Delicious. Absolutely had the best time getting this with my momma today. I got the lychee smoothie with lychee jelly. She got the Karo smoothie with lychee jelly. We swapped! Because the Karo is amazing. Tastes like butterscotch or something it’s the best drink I’ve had in my whole life. We got 2 sushi rolls and the pick 3 with noodles. Would 11/10 recommend you stop and try this beauty out. Thankyou so much!!

Omg my family ALL loved the 4 dishes we ordered. We loved it so much we wanted to return the next day. Thank goodness for killer Japanese food in this area finally!! Friendly, professional, takes debit or cash, can call ahead too. Don’t pass up the Terriyake or the noodles, PROMISE!

When I first tried the sushi it was really good but as I kept consistently coming I noticed how poor they make the sushi,it falls apart if you try to pick it up, you might as well eat it with a fork….
