One word… ONO! It’s hard for me to go to any place claiming “authentic Hawaiian” food, I am usually disappointed and leave feeling so homesick. Kalama’s is the real deal! We ordered Kalua Pork & Cabbage and Chicken Katsu. The flavor took me “home”! The portions were on point! The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming environment! Customer service PERFECT! Can not beat the price! Our Ohana will always come back!

Expensive, not very good food. I had the 2 plate kaula pork and terriakyi beef (small portions of meat ) and 3 lrg. Portions of rice. My Kaula pork had fat pieces and skin in the pork, my beef was the same. Rating between 1 and 10 negative -10. And when you asked questions all she could do was answer negatively about the past tenant who also had Hawaiian food establishment. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I don’t think this place will be in business for much longer due to price and food portions

Wasting there now. Pork short ribs are fantastic. This is an authentic Hawaiian restaurant. The owner was so kind. She gave me all the hint to visiting Hawaii.

Dinner was delicious. Reccomend the spare ribs. Stopped by passing thru and the lacrosse team Reccomended it. Great choice. Huge array of authentic options. Family that owns it was a delight speaking with and hearing stories of their home in Hawaii. Stop by and treat yourself. Add on a couple dumplings on the side while your at it. Definitely filled me with quality food and hospitality.

Super flavorful and a lot more options than some of the other places in town! We got the kalbi ribs and Pelehu chicken plates and a lot of flavors. Lots of food for what you’re paying for! The mac salad was a little too much mayo but other than that 10/10 will definitely come back

Food is usually better. Rice seemed dry and teriyaki chicken wasn’t great. I normally love the food there!

I was excited to see a poke bowl option in Cedar City. I hope they’ll be able to improve it though. I ended up paying $20 for a small poke bowl with an underwhelming portion of tuna and a drink. The poke bowl was visually unappealing. The tuna looked like it was sliced haphazardly. Maybe the knife was dull. Usually there are things mixed in like scallions, onion, avocado, maybe some sort of green, and sesame seeds. This had none of that. Just tuna marinated in what seemed to be only soy sauce on some rice, cabbage, and kelp salad. Taste wise it was just okay. It should have been like half the price for the portion given. Maybe I’ll give it another shot after a few months.

Small place with limited seating, the food was excellent and plentiful. True Hawaiian options, also many extra products available to purchase from the islands.
