Not being from anywhere near here, the vibes in The Foundry are super cool! It was actually a ton of fun going here! It’s kind of a mall but has outdoor and indoor shopping and it’s inside an awesome industrial building! So cool!

Food definitely didn’t disappoint! Of course I had to get tacos from the taco shack and BY FAR the roasted sweet potato taco was the best! They sweet potatoes had great flavor and cooked perfectly! Unfortunately they were out of sweet and spicy pork so I got the chicken instead and while very good there was absolutely NO SPICE! It was all sweet but I wasn’t mad at it just want better next time. The rice bowl was nice…pretty much pick the protein and tell them how you want it. The kimchi was a bit of an after thought. Feel like they need to do a bit better with that.

I love Kalbi Taco Shack! Their Korean BBQ inspired take on classic Mexican dishes like burritos and tacos makes for a highly enjoyable fusion. The menu is incredibly flexible, so you should be able to find some combination of flavors that fit your palate. Their service is great and they get food out to you quickly even during high traffic days. If you like jack fruit, you need to try their jack fruit tacos!

Food is fantastic. However the lady taking the orders could use some work. Instead of being on your phone maybe great the customer and learn how to ask questions, like: Is this for here or to go instead of saying, Well you didn’t tell me it was to go or I assume you wanted this instead of asking. If bare minimum was a requirement I can see why she got the job. However the lady that brought my food out was wonderful.

Food was a little on the pricey side, however, it was so tasty. My bf is very picky so I knew it was worth it being that he liked it . The beef tacos was great. You get two of them they were $16. Would highly advise going a little earlier as they do run out of food due to it being worth the cost.

Best for in foundry. People are loving and nice like family and know how to feed my heart. When I come to Kalbi s I get a great experience every time. The employees are nice and very helpful and make sure that my allergies get taken care of. Make sure that there’s nothing in my food. I would not want to eat or could not eat. Overall, I think this is a very humble and nice and generous place and I will be visiting again and I love this experience that I have and most definitely will be back.

Had the sweet potato and sweet and spicy pork. Both were very good, I’d probably just do sweet potato but they only sell them in sets of 2. I paid $26 for 3 tacos and a 16oz boba tea, plus tip. I feel like that’s pretty pricy for just one meal, but it was definitely tasty.
