Parking was awful. Food wasn’t the greatest. Service was horrible. Never was checked on or gave a refill even after asking. Had issues with food and was never corrected. This was the second time we have ate here, last time was about the same. But gave it another shot. I suggest driving to Pickaway Pickins 3 miles up the road. They are fabulous

We went to Kalico for the 1st time yesterday we were dine in we ordered 3 BLT’s with 3 fry’s and 3 drinks also 1 side of macaroni salad we sat there for almost 45 minutes before receiving our food. We were there for a little over an hour all together and never received even one refill on our drink’s the BLT was wonderful but the rest of the food was not good because the fry’s we’re cold when we received them and the macaroni salad tasted like wet noodles with mayonnaise and tomato’s and we had to pay over 30 dollars for everything we were pretty disappointed and won’t be going back

Friendly restaurant with quick service and staff that are very attentive. Our drink glasses never were empty. The food was delicious. Very nice place to stop for dinner after a long days hike.

Had the country fried steak dinner special. It was served hot and everything tasted great. Hubby had BLT with onion rings and said it was very good. Service was fast and friendly. Waitress was very good. I wish I could remember her name. Prices were reasonable and the place was clean and inviting. We definitely recommend and will be back when traveling in that area.

Didn’t like the chicken sandwich took a bite and it was different than before didn’t taste good sent it back went to pay and was charged for taking a bite of sandwich 3$ even though I didn’t like it and sent it back I ended up asking the server why she said management said since I took a bite they had to chargee lol I have never heard of a business charging their customers for something they didn’t like very disappointed when we go there a lot haven’t been back in for awhile

We stopped in here after a meeting and the place is quiet and quaint. It became busy with customers and there was 1 server on the floor. She was attentive to our table and very kind too, extremely helpful and efficient! The chicken salad sandwich was good and so was the side salad. The person I was with got a full on country dinner for our brunch and thought is was delicious and definitely filling portion wise for him The bathroom was clean and the decor was inviting and relaxing. I loved finding this hidden gem and we will be back.

Vacationing from out of town and really didn’t know anything about the place but we were hungry. The place was exceptionally clean and I do mean Clorox clean. The waitress kept everything wiped down after a table left including anytime someone came to the counter. We even told her that we really appreciated how clean she kept everything and tipped her extra. The food was excellent and served hot!! We would definitely recommend this little quaint restaurant to anyone..
