Everywhere I go, I look for the best Pho. (unintentional rhyme) and pretttyyy sure I found it in the Johnson City area. I always always try the Pho and fresh spring rolls at any Vietnamese place to Guage and let me say, the broth is SOO good. And the peanut sauce served with the spring rolls is soo smooth and perfectly flavored I could drink it up. It tastes like it was made from scratch. 10000% reccomend this place.

The spring roll and peanut sauce is the best I have ever had. Everything was excellent. I love Asian food, but KALM Bistro is much better than usual. Vietnamese food is very unique and very tasty. Gray is lucky to have a place this good.

Have been coming here for a couple of years for pho & fresh spring rolls. Sadly on my last visit the food seemed to have dropped off a bit. Maybe new kitchen staff? Still worth a try if you’re in Gray!

Very nice presentation of the plates and the waitress was pleasant and efficient. The food itself was a little bland (shakin beef) and lacked any spice and flavor. I added kimchi to the rice which helped but not much. We’ll give them another try with a different menu item next time and hope for more flavor.

A gem of a restaurant- my new favorite in the area. Very quick and attentive service and delicious food! I love that they have a vegetarian/vegan section on their menu. And lovely boba tea ❤️ The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy. We got banh mi, pan fried ramen, and tofu pho. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!
