Uncooked chicken So this was the second time I had this happen. When I went to address it with the owner said you say that “every time” I’ve eaten here for years and year and when I showed him the food he said it’s done we cooked it for 10 minutes that’s “just” how seseame chicken looks. I said can you just refund our money he said no it’s nothing I can do. YOU just don’t come here anymore. I’m like oh that was the last time ANYWAY. I’m like who wants to eat raw pink chicken. That’s disgusting. He said I don’t care. I left the food and will be getting a dispute through my bank. Waste of $30. Check your food before you bite into it!! I didn’t know you could eat chicken rare!! Ew.

Roasted pork Lomein was ahhhhmazing! Fresh, flavorful, and affordable. I was full halfway thru the pint but couldn’t put it down. Egg roll was tasty too.

Is the lady at the counter uncomfortable with being around black people? If so, she’s in the wrong business. You would have thought that I came to stick up the place by her mannerisms. She kept shrugging and sucking her teeth while I perused the menu as if I was an inconvenience to her. I found it to be very unwelcoming, so I left without placing an order. I prefer to patron local restaurants anyway. That was my first and last trip. Judging by the comments, I made the right choice by leaving.

Always friendly kitchen staff whether your the first customer of the day or the last. They do have a couple tables for eating in, but it’s mostly run as a take out. Food is cooked to order, but quickly. The food quality is top notch. The food quantity is even better. Nice pricing. Not but a couple dollars more than your standard burger joint. I eat here regularly and the standards never waiver.(pictured below is the Moo Goo Gai Pan)

We placed a to go order of general tso’s chicken, steamed dumplings, crabmeat cheese wontons, and chicken lo mein. My fiancé went to pick it up and was charged $40 for items that according to their menu, come out to roughly $23. Even with the inflated prices grub hub charges, it still doesn’t add up to $40! I understand everyone is trying to keep their business afloat but this is ridiculous. The lady kept speaking over me on the phone and we live maybe 4 minutes from this place and our food was cold when he got back. We will not be back.

Kam Loon has been consistently good over a long period of time. We’ve been getting food here for more than decade. We’ve occasionally tried other Chinese food places, but none are as good as Kam Loon. The owners have always been polite and helpful. Lots of food choices and your order is always ready quickly.

This is my go to place for Lo Mein. This is probably the only thing I eat here. My kids love their sesame chicken and orange chicken with fried rice. And the cheese wontons are a hit. They also have some lunch specials during lunch time. They give a generous amount for the money.
