Continuing a Lamar University tradition, Kampus Korner offers great food, cold beer and now mixed drinks. The new owners rebuilt the old but beloved restaurant into a fantastic looking place. They kept much of the old menu and added many new items.

Excellent place to get your seafood groove on. Very tasty food choices and a large variety to choose from. I dine here regularly( weekly). The drinks are fantastic and a lot to choose from. Wait time to be seated is not bad unless its a holiday. I usually call ahead on my way to restaurant for seating.

Small and quaint bar. Decent service, but the speakers are always turned so loud that the bass sounds terrible. Turn up is almost always small, they need to advertise their events better. Not a bad bar, but not close to the best.

It’s a calm cool place for college kids. Pool table, bar and a good bit of seating. Downfall is the owner is a jerk. I was there tonight and asked if they could dress my basket of fries up with cheese and bacon and the cashier asked and he literally SCREAMED at her NO WE CANT. She said apologized and I ordered what turned put to be an $8 frozen cheese pizza. Smaller than the economy $.98 pizzas at HEB just thicker. He makes his money that’s for sure.

Much better when operated by the original owners back some 25 years ago. Loved this place when went to Lamar from 1982-87. They kept some of the original menu but not even close to the quality of food.
