Great sushi. Takeout or sit in. Staff are friendly and eager. The jasmine tea I ordered could have been a little hotter, went cold pretty quickly. Booths are comfy enough, no opportunity for dining outside since they are located right on Manhattan Ave.

If you’re in the mood for a quick sushi dinner at affordable prices, then KanaHashi is your place. Started off with the pork gyoza and takoyaki. The gyoza was nicely fried and delicious. The batter and Octopus in the takoyaki was savory with the right amount of chewiness expected from the Octopus. The only reason the food got a 4 star was because of the rolls. I ordered the spicy tuna, California and spider roll. The rolls were good but I expected and anticipated more. The rolls tasted like every other sushi spot and nothing ks wrong with that but just wanting a little more after each bite. I would recommend a try and you be your own judge if in the area. I must say though the service was super amazing and the staff very attentive ans friendly.
