I visited a Korean BBQ restaurant about two weeks ago that I highly recommend if you enjoy this type of cuisine. The establishment was exceptionally clean and the staff, including the waiters and waitresses, were very welcoming. The food was fresh, and the side dishes were particularly delicious. However, it is worth noting that the prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the meat and side dishes is worth it. Unlike frozen and thawed meat, the meat offered here is of top-notch quality. The side dishes were not overpowering, and the potato salad was especially good, as it was not too heavy a mixture of the mayo, unlike other restaurants. Additionally, the radish pickles and sliced onions did not have a heavy vinegar or tangy taste. The soup was also excellent. I appreciated the restaurant’s wide selection of Korean alcohol and draft beer, which I prefer over bottled beer. In addition, I love the fact that all of the smoke sucks back into the grill. I don’t have to worry about smoke coming near you nor smell embeds to your clothes. Overall, it was a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! They were a full house on a weekday night. Even with being so busy, we didn’t have to wait too long for a table of four. Our group did all-you-can-eat and had a great experience! They had excellent quality of meat and everything was so delicious! Our server Carter was attentive, kind and fast! We had a great time and enjoyed the food and experience. Highly recommend!

Kang’s Kitchen BBQ is a new Korean BBQ in Duluth that uses charcoal for cooking instead of gas but promises not to leave your clothes smelling like smoke. The restaurant claims on Instagram that they have developed a technology that places ventilation inside the grill to keep smoke out of your face and your clothes. After visiting myself I can happily confirm this claim is true.

Straight across the board, Kang’s Kitchen is very impressive– we were blown away. The entire place had a modern urban vibe. It was spacious with high ceilings. The ambiance was nice and not noisy– you can actually carry conversation without yelling.

Very high quality Korean BBQ. Very good quality meat. They use a non-smoky coal and gas hybrid grill. High ceilings, very hip environment. Excellent personalized service. The server grilled each piece of meat individually and with care. The only complaint is that the price is high given the amount of food we got.

A memorable experience! The marvelous atmosphere intertwined with quality food and perfect service guarantees your satisfaction. We had the opportunity to be served by John (the guy from UGA). He did a remarkable job being our host by paying attention to the details such as not over cooking the food or over stuffing our plates. By the time of our visit, their team was expanding, so there was not any specialty cocktail going on. However, John’s recommendations for soju and beer made up for it. Extremely recommended!

Awesome! high-quality meats. The interior is more like a steakhouse than a Korean BBQ restaurant. The music is quiet, and we can actually have a conversation.
