I often order online from Kanji and my order has never been incorrect. My favorite rolls include the old bay roll, the dynamite roll, the G.M.C. roll, and the last sushi roll. The spicy crab salad and their Udon noodles are also delicious. This location has a small parking lot.

Second time dining in and will be my last. Food mediocre first visit and service not friendly but today was awful. The seaweed salad was literally dripping in sauce, spicy tuna roll inedible and had been spiced with an insane amount of spice. Avocado in all three rolls was VERY brown and none of the rolls tasted fresh and all were falling apart. Spoke to owner respectfully and he suggested I could have ten percent off next time. No thanks. I threw $40 of sushi in the garbage can (you clean your own table there when you eat in) and walked out slowly while they made no effort to address the issue. No thanks. Back to the proven sushi joints around. It’s pricey and not good.

This place offers very good sushi. I went for the first time today after seeing an article in the Post and Courier that spoke well of this place. Nothing fancy inside but very clean and well maintained. I had three rolls (one too many but I could not resist) that were delicious.

Dined in on a weekday evening. Wasn’t to bad. Order when you come in then they bring the food to your table. Low key ambiance. Cool art piece of the Ravenel Bridge.

First couple of times we ordered when they originally opened the food was amazing, the last couple of times I could not even eat what we ordered. My wife said we will not order from here again. To spend $60 on below average food is a waste of our families hard earned money. We will not be back.

Looks like a small hole in the wall but the food was fantastic! Sushi and hibachi was well made. They give you yumyum and soy for the table with your food. They can also edit the sushi rolls. I had them add cucumber the roll I wanted.

Kanji is delicious. Stopped here after a day out watching football and picked up fried shrimp rice and general tsos chicken and it was insanely good. They even cooked it up fresh for us as the Store was about to close. Can’t recommend enough

Tried this place tonight. I looked over the menu beforehand so I had an idea of what I wanted. I did the 3 roll combo: old bay, doge to the moon and the last sushi. I placed my order online and it was waiting on me when I got there after about 15 minutes. The 3 rolls is a lot of food, probably could’ve gone with 2. But everything was pretty good that I had. I definitely want to try more of the menu. My rolls got kind of stuck to the lid so it’s not as picturesque as it would be if dined in. But tons of food for a good price and everything tasted fresh. This will probably be a weekly spot for me.
