Amazing definitely better than some I’ve had around VA I went a tried a bit of everything not only were they quick with the food it was hot and flavorful and also gave recommendations on how it should be eaten for the maximum experience loved every minute of it will definitely come back again and it’s apart of my regular ramen spots when I am craving ramen definitely a must try again and again

We just ordered pick up and an entire ramen is missing. That would be fine if their phone number worked so we could call them to fix the issue. We drove 20 + minutes to get this and now I am left with 2 mushrooms and an egg for $22.

Less than 40 hours ago at the time of this writing, my husband and I mutually agreed to try some food from Kappo Nara Ramen (located in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk Virginia). My husband selected the Katsu Curry dish that comes with pork and rice while I chose to have the Kuro Black Tonkotsu ramen (that comes with tonkotsu base pork broth egg bambo fishcakes red ginger ki-kurage chashu pork shredded scallions nori. My hubby and I both liked our food and had obtained our dishes via the pick-up/carry-out option.

I dropped in to kill time and my craving for ramen. It was delicious the broth tasted authentic, every bite was full of flavor would be a regular if I lived in the area. Friendly customer service. The only downside was no sushi but they really put love into their bowls. Must visit again.

The food was mid ngl. Got it for lunch during my work break. Tonkatsu ramen and takoyaki. I’m also biased because my favorite ramen spot is Ichran. Their takoyaki tastes better to me. I’m used to the sweet tanginess, as well as the chewiness of the octopus. Kappo Nara’s food feels more manufactured, and bland. Mostly mushy too.

Back again! Try the Nara Rabiori it’s S1 on the menu. I wish I could walk around with an IV of this broth!!! Served extra hot and perfect for one of those meals that will leave you full but not stuffed. Cute inside and the place is absolutely plastered with fan art and posters of the owners(?) favorite actor/singer Xiao Zahn! Fangirls support fan girls!! thanks again for the tasty food
