One of our favorite spots in New Hope. The weather was perfect so we sat outside to enjoy lunch and some cocktails. The drinks here are always perfectly made and the food is outstanding. Our favorites are their burgers and the cheesesteak. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to be back again soon.

Karla’s in New Hope is always interesting, and you will undoubtedly find something you like. Karla’s seems to work on the principle of doing a few things well rather than an extensive menu. I visited with a friend, we both enjoyed the chicken cutlet on ciabatta. The sandwiches were good. It seemed that staffing was an issue: my sandwich came out fine, inexplicably his came out as a cutlet on a bed of arugula. The misunderstanding was corrected, but it seemed our server was just inattentive. We had to signal a couple of times to refill our water, and the request for a second round of drinks was filled only after my friend chased our waiter down. There is a limited selection of beer, and when I asked about hard cider I was told that “it’s a fall thing”. Having just toured wine and cider territory in nearby New York State, I’m here to assure you that there are many fine and interesting ciders available year round.

Our party of three were having a reunion of sorts and came to see headliner Jenny Bray from the U.K. do her music thing. The menus had something exciting for us all. Personally, I was taking it easy and had the house salad. Never have I ever had a simple salad be do flavorful. Our other guest had a watermelon salad that contained feta cheese and was to the for. Get to Karla’s if you’re in New Hope, Pa. Wow!

Karla’s is amazing! Great food, great atmosphere, and nice workers. This restaurant is in a little of a crammed spot but they made it work and inside it’s very pretty and glad we got to go on a day it was empty.

Highly recommend!! We had a great lunch! Service was awesome, water refilled several times, our server was very positive with a great personality. The food was fantastic. We totally appreciated the side salad instead of fries, great dressing with a hint of sesame. Good size portions. Basket of fries was best size for 3 of us.

Hands down, one of the best spots in town. Really good, basic American bar-style food (Mac and cheese with peas and wings are stellar), great drinks and outstanding service! The staff here are what make it. Locals and tourists alike are made to feel welcomed. Fair warning: cocktails pack a punch so proceed with caution

Wow, we were so lucky to have stumbled on this place while wandering New Hope! It was Monday (locals night), so we got three courses for $24. Every course was exquisite. The cheesecake was heavenly. There was live music, and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. Service was great. Do yourself the favor of coming here!
