Came across this place by accident while I was hunting down Puerto Rican food. We love a hole in the wall and decided to stop and look at the menu. SO GLAD WE DID! Try the Carne Asada or the Karlito’s Seafood Special both pictured below. And don’t forget your fried tortillas with the chori-queso dip. OMGAAAHHHHH. IT ALL SLAYED.

This is honestly the best Mexican food my family has had since being in Mexico. The food is tastier and spicier than any place around. All the seafood tastes fresh and delicious. This place was recommended to me by a friend and we are so glad we went. We had the camaromes a la kora, chapuzon del Mar and the filete de pescado. I would recommend all three of those dishes. They are excellent!

Food was really good love it, but it is extremely expensive 3 plates came out to $90 when we got plates that use to be $8.75. Don’t know if they overcharged to make more money or what, but the prices didn’t match up to what we got.

Stopped by as we were actually looking for another restaurant….NOT disappointed….this was very, very good and huge portions. Gather it is very authentic….sadly have never been to Mexico…but viewing the clientele I would say we are accurate. I had Chicken Fajitas and husband had Tilapia. So much we had to get a to go box. Highly recommend. It was like flying to Mexico for lunch and returning home.

Wayyyy too expensive for what it was. I could have taken my family somewhere nice for what I paid. I was served a plate that was sitting on the counter when I walked in. It had no flavor whatsoever and was half way through it before any tortillas were brought that were supposed to go with it. The cook walked away when the lady gave him our order which left my two kids hungry and waiting while he had a cigarette and I ate someone’s cold leftovers. Had to share a 2 liter, which wasn’t even what we asked for, as their fountain was broken. The lady was nice enough, but spoke next to no English and the gentleman that did kept walking away. I’m fortunate that I can speak enough Spanish to place an order. Others may not be so lucky. The chori queso was burnt and the home made chips were just not even good. Menu prices and half the items were scratched out, so you couldn’t even see what you were about to spend on grossness. Music was way too loud. None of that takes into account just how cramped and dirty the place is. The only good thing was the portions sizes. Next time I’ll take that money and go somewhere nice with the kids and get something good. Don’t waste your money here
