Absolutely fantastic in every way. The people, the food, the atmosphere, simply incredible. They made my daughter the cutest, fanciest chocolate milk ever (vegan) and were so patient with our indecisiveness. The food was truly extraordinary and we cannot wait to return. This is my favorite coffee shop in Florida! Being a high raw-100% raw vegan (vegan, thanks to reading The World Peace Diet, by Will Tuttle, a must-read!), eating a fruit-based diet, I eat like this less and less anymore (those who know how good it feels eating raw vegan KNOW)…BUT, but was in town for a contra dance last night (at the Gainesville Health and Fitness Center… TRY IT!) and decided to stop by and try the breakfast sandwich, mocha with oat milk and a carrot cake cupcake and it was delicious of course. I usually get the most-delicious-in-the-world vegan ice cream here, but was curious about the rave reviews on the breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint! Keep on, Karma Cream! And a big Thanks! (Oh, and the service, cleanliness etc, were great!)

This place is a perfect place for vegan items. I got a vegan breakfast sandwich it was so delicious. They house Mair their biscuits and they are perfect not dry. I tried the matcha latte and mocha they were delicious. Will definitely come here again if I’m in town.

I wish I had found out about this place before I had eaten lunch so I could have tried more than just the baked goods lol. The coffee was nice and delicate but I definitely wished they used chocolate syrup instead of flavoring syrup for the mocha. The cookie was tasty, the brownie wasn’t cakey, the Chai smores bar tasted like a gingerbread cookie, but the cupcake reminded me of the brownies you used to get at school…something just off about it. But all in all it was tasty and I will be back to try the ice cream and sandwiches

Don’t miss the opportunity to try these desserts. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Inviting cafe atmosphere. Staff is welcoming and great with answering questions and making suggestions based on what you like. Amazing espresso made with high quality coffee beans. Within 5-10min walk of most of the restaurants. Seating is a little close, but I love this place. Highly recommend if you’re in Gainesville.

If you’re looking for high quality espresso, do not miss Karma Cream. Beyond the delicious coffee, we enjoyed vegan treats & ice cream too. Many vegan bakeries sell out by midday but I was impressed when instead Karma Cream had fresh, different items on the shelf after noon when we came back for ice cream. Magic. Delightful. & kind, helpful staff too!

We went on two separate occasions the one to the left are our vegan milkshakes I had the mint chocolate with a shot of espresso, my husband had a chocolate chip with extra Oreo. To the right two photos we had a butter pecan with a shot of espresso and my husband had cookie dough also. I keep forgetting to post the sandwiches those are so freaking Good!!
