Worm Wrangler
Fish and chips daily special was served on ice cold fries, and the replacements never arrived, the cashier did give refund saying “if would prefer refund over fresh fries”. Actually needed the money to buy food somewhere else! My sons shake was unflavored. Don’t expect this place to be around much longer. There was one family leaving when our party of three arrived and a couple after us, so its not like the place was busy (Friday 6pm).

Got a pastrami burger and it was the smallest patty I’ve ever seen and only had two small slices of pastrami and had so many onions on it that all it tasted like was onions and mayonnaise. Definitely won’t be wasting my money here again, I’ve never felt so ripped off by someone

This place has great shakes but the last two times that I have gone into Live Oak, they have been closed. I’ve looked on Google and Facebook to seen when Karsyn’s is open, and it has said (the past two times) that they are open but when I get there they are closed. Please update your times because I’m tired of getting excited to get a Nutella shake and then seeing when I get to your restaurant that you are actually closed.

Their food is nasty and flavorless, it has a nasty old grease after taste. The customer service is terrible, we ordered over the phone they took 48 plus minutes to call back and say the order was ready. The food was cold as well when we finally got it. Will not be returning to that place again.
