Okay. It’s a sandwich place. I got The Royale (no tomato aioli, though). Before I get to the taste/flavor, I have to explain that 0% of this sandwich fell apart while eating it. I don’t understand how or why, but not a single piece of bread or topping fell apart.

I ordered for lunch cause I work in the area, I had The Rachel. I have to say I was impressed with this sandwich! I usually don’t like a lot of meat on my sandwiches but it was perfect. The spicy slaw was amazing, I love spicy food so I’d love more spice but it was actually really good. I went back the next day to order the Melter Skelter and wow I was even more impressed with this one. Very flavorful, happy to have found a great lunch spot close to work!!

The Sandwiches are all about 13-15 bucks but they are pretty big. I could imagine sharing one for lunch. Each sandwich comes with chips. I ended up getting the Ruben. Pretty good, it wasn’t overly saucy which was very nice. The sauerkraut wasn’t traditional, it was more of a cabbage slaw, but still pretty good. The pastrami was tasty. Each sandwich is made to order which is awesome and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Karver Tri Tip French Dip sandwich is the bomb! It was very thick with so much meat and it was so delicious. The dip itself made the sandwich so juicy. Also loved the bread.

I am not a fan of sandwiches typically, but I find myself ordering the pork belly bahn mi sandwich from Karver’s over and over again (currently sitting in, waiting for my sandwich for the second day in a row) It is so fresh, spicy and flavorful. Every time, I get it, I’m pleased! They have definitely earned a loyal customer in me and I will refer to others.

Never been disappointed going to Karver. If we want a delicious sandwich with top notch ingredients and great service we go here. It’s always been busy when we go which we take as a good sign. We have been multiple times and the consistency is good as I get the same sandwich each time.
