I bring my friends here for Bangladeshi food. Staff are professional, helpful, and courteous. Recommend the porota, deem bhaji (omelette), beef curry, shrimp bhorta, and chicken roast. Outside seating available, also has a parking lot.

Has been a favorite for the last couple of years. Ambience could use some work, but if you are looking for hole in the wall, authentic bangladeshi cuisine, this is the place to go! The beef curry was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The veggies, polao, tehari all hit the spot just right.

BANGLADESH (via Eat the World Los Angeles) – Like many of its neighbor markets, this grocery has a steam table restaurant inside. Unlike the others it also has a spacious dining room attached, which is helpful for anyone that wants to eat immediately but not inside their car. This also has the feel of being around a while, with smiling faces that all seem like longtime regular customers. They all come for Kasturi’s wonderfully spicy and flavorful foods, some of the best in the neighborhood. Eating food here feels like being in the kitchen of your neighbor rather than at a restaurant, the ultimate home cooking experience.

This is the most authentic Bangladeshi restaurant in LA. We had food every day during our stay. If you like Indian food, you can try this for a change.

I think this place has one of the best chicken curry dishes and it comes with a huge plate of rice. You can also get samosas and meat pies too. Their veggie cauliflower side is also great. It has new ownership and they serve Bangladeshi food which is just awesome. Glad to know this place is here!

Greatest Ever
My favorite restaurant. Variety of choices to choose from. Everything is delicious but my favorite is the mixed vegetables and the goat curry. Clean environment. A peaceful place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Most importantly affordable and respectful and fair people. I’m here almost everyday for breakfast just $6 with tea. Lunch combo $7 with rice.

This eatery section of this place has potential; hope owners will be creative enough to tap into that! The tea and snacks were good (singhara, moglai). The food was nice but the presentation brought the experience down, with everything served in paper plates and mugs, in a not very creatively or charmingly decorared space. Felt like it was more a hang out spot for the private friends of the owners, not a lot of service-mindedness. The grocery shop section however was well-stocked.

Nice Bangladeshi shop, good for Bangla food including fish, beef and vegetables. Also a good stock of groceries. Behaviour was good too on my day.

Was fed up with rush our traffic and happened to see the Kasturi sign in Little Bangladesh. Decided to check it out and boy, was I surprised!
