Okay…So usually when you’re hangry and try a new restaurant it ends miserably. Katana, rocked it! Sashimi not quite up to par as some sushi venues I’ve had, but still quality! Service was good. Hibachi was quality! Portion was full and taste was levels good! Will return and ready to order a new round of sushi roll!

While traveling I found Katana on Google maps and tried to call. They didn’t answer so I worried they wouldn’t be open but after stopping in I was blown away with the cleanliness and atmosphere… as were my friends. The food was top notch but they didn’t have the kind of hibachi we were expecting. That’s ok we were very satisfied and came back a few more times to explore the menu. Udon noodle was huge, rolls were done right and the place is beautiful

Great addition to Brownwood! We had hibachi and sushi, and it was amazing. The hibachi is made in their kitchen, not in front of you, but that did not matter to us. We loved the food and the service! The sushi comes on a plate with plants for a beautiful presentation. So impressed!
