There was a slight wait 30 min before closing so you know it’s good! Everything had amazing flavor. We started eating before I took the pictures. It’s a little ways from downtown but a short streetcar ride on Canal will take you there. Totally worth your time if you’re visiting in a short trip.

Had the chance to go here today for the first time ever! I’ve been to New Orleans many times in my 44 years & never have I tried this tucked away place! I’ve been missing out for sure! What a great restaurant!! Service was outstanding & food was so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant & bar! It has so many options to try! The garlic feta fries are so yummy & the crawfish beignet omy gosh so delicious!

Good food especially the pizza! We got there right before the rush so the wait time was short. The food came out quickly and looked beautiful.

I have always wanted to go to Katie’s, and it was not a disappointment at all. The food was great, and the owner came to chat with the group I attended lunch with. This was a great midweek experience. The Roast Beef Po-Boy was full of meat, and the bread was nice and soft. I took half to go, it was so filling.

We asked the locals for restaurant recommendations and there was a resounding response for Katie’s. We came for lunch and we immediately understood why it was so highly recommended. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for appetizers and a half rack of ribs with blueberry and jalapeño glaze and the seafood lasagna for our entree, and let me tell you that we barely made it through! Very sizable portions for a great price. This place is definitely on our list to visit again whenever we travel back to NOLA.

Service was fast and friendly, the food was amazing. I highly recommend the crawfish beignet and fried green tomatoes. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

Great food and service, I highly doubt there is any food you wouldn’t like. The owner Scott was really nice and was fun to meet. From the huge seafood platter, the sweet potatoe fries were so good, pizza and they even had a gluten free pizza. Nice when there are food allergies. Would highly recommend and come back to. Walked here from Jazz Fest. Worth it!

Katie’s is one of my “go to” restaurants, because they almost never disappoint. Today we were slightly disappointed though. I didn’t care for the crab cakes. There was to much breading and not enough crabmeat. The crab cake Flat bread pizza was underwhelming as well. The crawfish beignet didn’t disappoint and the chargrilled oysters and oyster slessinger were good as well.

They easily and flawlessly accommodated our party of 15 in a private section upstairs. The food was amazing and I even tried things I never dared to eat before (oysters). Everything was well seasoned, flavorful, and nothing disappointed!!!

Ambient place with good food. Wait time during the weekend can be anywhere between 35 to 45 mins. Please, make sure that you’re there as they don’t take call-in reservations. Place is mostly packed and outdoor seating is also available. They do have a happy hour which can get you some discount on your drinks. Happy Dining at the Katie’s!!
