This is my first time at this location. I waited about 15 minutes before the server came to my table which was disappointing. I placed the food order and it was prepared quickly. When the check was presented to me, I asked for the senior discount. The server told me that I needed to ask before and it couldn’t be changed. She made no offer to change it. Since it was my first visit I regarded that as terrible customer service. The enchilada plate was decent but nothing special. I would be hard-pressed one return to this location.

Management appears to not care about customer service or even being hospitable. Our server was excellent and most of the food was great. But we watched so many customers walk into the restaurant and have to wait to be acknowledged by anyone working there. There always seemed to be a more important area for employees to be than up front greeting people. And when it came time to check out, we had a wonderful experience with our server who also acted as the cashier but the manager was rude and acted as if she didn’t care for us to be there.

The food is very good. The staff is very friendly. They are always smiling. Their coffees are delicious. Very homey atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely be going back.

We had a group of seven for lunch at Katrinah’s and overall it was pretty good. They were short handed and warned us that the service might be slow when we got there. They did an awesome job and no one in the place seemed to mind an extra minute.

Only one visit here (so far), but I will definitely return. The crazy larry omelet was delicious and I love any place that serves brinner. The staff was extremely courteous and prompt. Thank you, EMG. Look forward to the next stop as that patty melt is beckoning me back sooner rather than later.
