The server who took my order was super nice and it was ready really fast. Everything seemed clean when I walked in to get take out. There were no other people there besides me and this one guy with the exception of whomever was in the kitchen so that was a little weird but otherwise no biggie. The prices are reasonable and pickup was simple. The food itself wasn’t great. I liked their rice! I had some enchiladas and appreciate the corn tortillas but it didn’t have much flavor at all. The salsa was the same way—it was very watery but the chips were really good and crispy. I think it’s worth another shot maybe trying something else but when I took this one home—I had to add seasoning to it.

My family and I were very excited to try the new restaurant in town. My son ordered the Ranchero Special for $11.99. A decent price for a good portion. The Jose Special I ordered for myself cost $13.99 and was barely enough portion to even consider it a kids’ meal despite being a specialty dinner and costing more. I posted the picture with this review. The plate on the right is the overpriced kids’ meal, and on the left is the Ranchero Special. Our order totaled nearly $50 for 3 adult plates and one kid plate. The kids’ chicken nuggets were also short a nugget. My family and I will not be back.

Love eating at Katrinaz in Walnut Ridge!! They have a big variety of authentic items on their menu such as milanesa (the chicken one is my fav), birria tacos, and aguas frescas, all made from scratch with fresh fruits! And their table side guacamole is a must have! And the service is phenomenal! If I could give more stars I would! ❤️
