I ordered the mashed potatoes with short ribs and a side of fries. The short ribs needed a little bit more seasoning. The mashed potatoes were good. The fries were good also. My friend ordered the collard green dip and I kept eating her chips that came with it. The chips were so good I could eat them alone. She also ordered the lamb chops they were over seasoned. It was kind of hard to eat. Other than that I enjoyed sitting outside. The waitress was nice and polite.

The Collard dip was pretty good. Would have enjoyed it even more if the temperature was hotter.

This place was spectacular! They have their own butcher shop on premises and have fresh meat daily. The food, just wow! We had a bacon plate for an appetizer, brisket macaroni and cheese, grilled pork chop and shrimp skewers. The atmosphere was perfect. The wait staff exceptional!

Our first visit to Kau, but definitely not our last — a perfect date night spot! We were seated quickly without a reservation around 8:00 on a Friday night. The Butcher Burger and mashed potatoes were incredible (best potatoes I’ve ever had), as was the mixed berry cheesecake. We had fantastic service from Ella, who was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu — I would absolutely request her again!

I’m literally sitting here and totally disappointed beyond belief. I’ve been wanting to go here for a very long time due to its location at revolution mill. It was my daughter and I. We ordered the soul roll (more like soul-less) and were surprised by how quickly it came out (not a good sign). It did not taste like anything. Just a bunch of mush in a crusty egg-roll like canister. For main dishes my daughter ordered the brisket Mac n cheese. Her quote “My Mac N cheese taste better…at least I add spices”. I on the other hand, chose the meat loaf bowl. I was expecting a smaller dish, but was served a large plate with a loaf 6″x4″x1″ in size. Way more than I expected and once again a sign that this would be underwhelming. The two sides were mash potatoes and green beans (I could have easily replicated this dish from the hotbar at Whole foods). I ordered a side of brussel sprouts which I devoured since I love them unconditionally.

This place was amazing!!! The service here was unmatched, we walked in at 9:15 pm & Danielle took great care of us & there was no rush on anything! I got the Mac and cheese brisket and my friend got the Mac and cheese Buffalo chicken, such large portions and the taste was phenomenal! The ambiance of the entire restaurant is great, with the lights and the industrial theme Would highly recommend Kau, especially if you’re a beef lover – and if not, they have so many other options!

Our first time visit was such a wonderful experience a couple of weeks ago. We were at Kau’s for Saturday night dinner date and our service was excellent, and the space was relaxing and welcoming! I can not remember our server’s name but she was very attentive and good to us! Great healthy choices, too!

For greensboro this place is nice. Appetizer was great. Entree was really good too. I got the short rib, imo it deff could be seasoned more/better- had to add salt and pepper (I’m used to making my own) but other than that the portions are good

I was in Greensboro visiting a friend and her family. They made reservations for us at Kau and I’m glad they did. The chophouse is located at the Revolution Mill which is a repurposed industrial mill.

My wife and i stopped by before we had to catch a flight. Destyne was our waitress and she was delightful. Pleasant and helpful at all times. I ordered the Jeez burger and Brussel sprout side which was fantastic. My wife ordered the brisket mac and cheese which was also great.
