Delicious Thai food! My husband’s cousin got a Bahn Mi and my husband couldn’t resist. He bought his own and enjoyed every bite of it. I got the noodle plate, which was great and the flavors were not too overwhelming like others I’ve had! The owner is very friendly as well!

Christine and Adam catered a pre-wedding event for my daughter a month ago and we were VERY happy with everything! The food was delicious and appealing to the eye as well. Adam brought coconuts which he cut and provided individually to each guest, talking with us as he worked. The mochi donuts they provided were super delicious, too. These are really nice people who are delivering a quality product, reliably and with smiles on their faces. They were terrific to work with and I highly recommend them!

I had their food at a catered event, it was all so tasty. My favorites were the mochi donuts – I’m still dreaming of them, and all that I learned about coconuts. Their ages, their juices and their meat. Super interesting, and delicous!

We ordered spring rolls, chicken curry, and pork ribs for 4 hungry people and was quoted 15-20 minutes. After 25 minutes, our spring rolls came out, and were tasty, which gives them one star they deserve. After that, it was downhill, after waiting an additional 15 minutes, our chicken curry came out, which was also pretty tasty. BUT after ANOTHER 10 minutes, around 45 minutes after we had ordered, we were told they ran out of pork for our pork ribs. We opted for them to add other meats to the dish so we could get some food in the rest of us who hadn’t gotten a meal. THEN, they tell us they’re out of RICE. Having had run out of nearly all their food options 45 minutes after we had ordered it, they offered us a refund for the missing meal, and gave us a bahn mi sandwich. Maybe if the bahn mi was tasty the day would have been saved, but it was not good. Not enough fillings, bland, and a thick and doughy baguette (especially considering the person waiting for the meal was gluten intolerant) Would have been much happier if they had been transparent about their wait time. And not told us after waiting for 45 minutes that they had run out of both pork and rice. Wanted to love it, but it left us more dissapointed than anything else. 🙁 was a long 45 minutes, wished we had chosen a different food truck.

This was actually the best food I ate on my entire vacation. Really, a food truck was better than the super fancy restaurants I ate at. The banh mi was one of the best I’ve ever had. The egg rolls were excellent, and the little coconut ball sweet thing was delicious too. Kudos to this small new business. I hope you do well!

SO DELICIOUS! These banh mi are…amazing, and the viet coffee is to die for. Drinking from the fresh coconuts is also always a great experience. So, so good.
