The Pho is amazing. We visited Kawa Pho last night for the first time. The restaurant was clean and quite.(we were the only customers) We ordered a medium bowl of Pho Tai(#2) and large bowl of Pho Tai, a order of spring rolls, a order of egg rolls and the Japanese Curry. Everything arrived quickly and hot. The waitress was very polite and very attentive. Will definitely be returning. A hidden jem in Havelock.

Very good portions. I love the pho! Add your own level of spice. Tastefully decorated. Owner/chef always checks on your satisfaction. Waiter, who looks like a young Judd Nelson, is very attentive.

Delightful Vietnamese restaurant hiding in plain sight in Havelock. Insanely satisfying pho comes in a huge bowl with fresh vegetables and other additions on the side so you can add them or not. The soup was wonderfully hot. Next time I go, I want to try their French-Vietnamese ragout as well as the summer rolls. They look delicious, too. The customer service was tremendous! The owner himself came to my table to be sure I was happy. Now that’s a dedicated restaurateur!

I love this place! I visit usually once a week, the food is so flavorful, the pho being my favorite, and Mr.Kawa, the owner, is so friendly and attentive! This place is a gem. They just started offering breakfast on Fri,Sat and it’s so delicious. Also try the boba tea and Vietnamese iced coffee! (note: I order my pho without rice noodles and white rice on the side, because I love the flavorful broth so much!)

Fantastic experience. Service was great and the food was excellent. Spring rolls were fresh and delicious, and the Chicken fried rice was perfectly seasoned and a very large portion. Prices are very reasonable. A meal like this in Raleigh would cost you twice as much! I will be back!

The Pho is exceptional! The Eastern Braised Pork is so tender. The owners are wonderful people. Everything we’ve tried has been good, the portions aren’t huge, but their prices aren’t either. It’s about quality here.

My boyfriend and I come here a lot and they are SO GOOD. I love their pork with fried rice and it’s honestly my favorite food in the world. The manager is so nice and is always smiling which is so refreshing. Their boba tea is also super yummy, my favorite flavor is vanilla! Highly recommend. Don’t let the building scare you, it’s seriously good.

Never had Vietnamese food before and this was phenomenal! Staff was super friendly and the chef took the time to come out to talk to us and tell us about some of his experiences. Loved this place! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t been! Would love to see this place stay in business!

The food was awesome and reasonably priced. A nice man came over and asked us how the food was which was FANTASTIC. Our usual place was closed so decided to come here instead of j-ville for the kids first Pho experience. The waitress was nice but she wasn’t around much.

Great place! Food is delicious and well priced. The building used to be a buffet but it isn’t now. They do still have the buffet stuff in there so it’s a little confusing at first but don’t let that stop you! I’ve had the Pho twice and it’s awesome.
