Always delicious! This is my go to Chinese restaurant! I love that they also offer baby corn with their veggie fried rice! my favorite! They’re dumplings are always plump and flavorful! I love to ask for extra dipping sauce.. definitely recommend!

I was in Jersey City and was craving Chinese food. Kay’s Spring Garden had decent reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try. I actually ordered online to pick up, which was a smooth process. I arrived and the staff were super friendly. I ordered the general tso’s shrimp combination platter, which comes with rice and an egg roll. The shrimp was tasty and done well. It was only about $9 for the platter, so you don’t get a ton of food, but it was a good portion for the price. The egg roll was a bit over fried, so was a bit harder than I prefer. Overall, it was a decent experience, with decent food, at a decent price!

Fantastic service, food quality, and price! The owners are really nice, the food is always so delicious for the price you pay, especially considering how disappointing some of the other restaurants in Central Ave are. Would recommend it! They also accept credit card.

I have been ordering for a few years. I love the food they make it’s always fresh. The lady who takes the order is very nice. I recommend this restaurant because the rice is not yellow. The rice is like I remember Chinese food from the 90’s. When it was tasty. My kids enjoy the food and they only want me to order from Kay Spring Garden.

I’ve tried to order from this place many times but the phone always keeps ringing so I stopped. Tonight I tried again after awhile and lo and behold they actually answered! Also note that I live 4 or 5 blocks away from this spot. Ordered my food, received it nice and hot. Halfway through my meal I find hair. As someone who works in the industry I understand accidents happen but when I tried to call and speak with someone, the phone kept ringing! I called 3 or 4 times. Like seriously

I almost hesitate to write a review and bring any more attention to Kay’s Spring Garden, because this place already gets so busy on the weekends they need to take the phone off the hook at times just to keep up with the huge number of orders. But in a neighborhood with many Chinese food options within spitting distance of one another, it’s very telling how this place is constantly busy while other Chinese restaurants are empty.

Food is good but the delivery drivers be annoying. Like sometimes im not even the one paying for my food and nobody tells me to add tip so im not adding tip if its not my money. Today the driver almost didn’t guve me my food because i didnt tip. Listen i get it time are hard , but its not right to be begging for tips . Makes me not even want to order her now because the attitude i got for not tipping from someone else money . Smh .
