4 entrees almost $100 delivered but barely anything other than rice. Lamb Korma was good but 3 Biryani had nearly 0 chicken/cheese etc. Plenty of rice though.,

Sadly, the food is not up to the mark. We ordered lamb kebabs and chicken Tikka masala, got home and realized it was chicken kebabs, when I called to clarify what had happened, I was informed that lamb is no longer on the menu. I wish they had told us that when we ordered. The chicken kebabs were very dry, none of our guests had more than 1 piece, the chicken Tikka masala was butter chicken, we know because we are an Indian family and cook these dishes at home for special occasions. The staff were kind and helpful though. Would not recommend.

Being an Indian, I’ve tried a lot of Indian/Pakistani food throughout my life. Living in NE Philly brings us a new Indian restaurant every once in a while. Kazi’s Tandoor & Grill is a restaurant/caterer that keeps things simple. At least that’s what Kazi says. However, there is something addictive about the flavor in their foods. The food seems so simple, yet it’s delicious. The secret is the imported spice mix that Kazi uses for his dishes and keeping everything else simple. The restaurant is currently best for takeout and catering orders. The only issue is that the location has no parking, and there is very little room to dine in. The food is priced perfectly for the quantity and quality received, so it attracts so many customers. I usually keep my orders simple by ordering the chicken biriyani, tandoori naan, and chicken tikka masala, but I have tried other entrees, and they are also delicious.

I have never had such a bad biryani in my life as I had at this restaurant. And this is the first time in my life that I have seen 25% extra price for all food to sit inside a restaurant. As far as I know, if there is a party in their restaurant, they keep a percentage along with the price per tray. But when someone goes to eat with family, even if they serve food on plastic one time plate and glass, they will take extra charge. The menu includes beef biryani $14.99, chicken popat $2.99, naan $2.99, mixed grill $24.99, samcha chaat $8.99. But after I ordered, after eating the food, the bill gave beef biryani $18.99, naan 2 piacesse $7, chicken popat $3.99, mixed grill $31.85. Even after paying sales tax, this extra charge is with all meals. It doesn’t come to mind that how a restaurant owner can follow such a mean role ??? And all the food is so disgusting beyond words. Don’t trust good review.. I went after seeing these good reviews.
