This place has the best burritos around. I live in Denver and I HAVE to come here every time we visit family in Hailey. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely awful. We had an order with missing items (which we even asked at pick up about) and while they assured us they were in our order, they were not.

Rice was crunchy, bone in my chicken enchiladas. Street tacos mostly gristle. Fountain machine doesn’t work. Dark atmosphere. So upset with the quality of the food i couldn’t contain myself and left. I’ve never had enchiladas that appeared to be two tacos smashed together. No idea how I paid 30$ for that.

We eat a lot of Cafè Rio and the resounding consensus around the table was KBs beats our fav spot. Burritos were huge and delicious. Quesadillas were also large and yummy. Not one plate had specs of food left over. Kinda has my wife wondering why all the kids aren’t members of the clean plate club at home if they ate this much here.

Three out of five orders at our table had a problem. One burrito had the wrong sauce. One enchilada plate had the wrong meat. One burrito never showed up. When we went asking for it they told us they couldn’t find the order and we had choose to either wait and let the rest get cold or eat without our friend. The restrooms were not well-stocked and the salsa bar was almost empty. We had to really scrape. Overall, a disappointment.

First time to KB’s and I must say, hard to beat the taste, quality, and price. Stopped for dinner but family all agreed…”best breakfast burrito we’ve ever had.” (7 people from age 23 to 64) My family eats “family style” where we pass the food around and share all that we ordered. Delicious and quality food overall however the breakfast burritos are on another level (steak or bacon) 2nd place was the steak burrito. We’ll for sure be stopping in again!
