We’ve been wanting to try this bbq restaurant for a while and we are so glad we finally did! The ribs are so tender and have great flavor; literally fall off the bone. Also ordered the brisket; I prefer the ribs, but would still recommend if you like brisket. The sides were all great; beans and potato salad hit the spot. We ate the ribs so fast, that I could only take a picture of the leftovers

Overall definitely worth a visit. The store was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Before going, I did read one review that mentioned the seasoing being overly sweet. I would say that if they used half the amount of seasoning and mopped with some vinegar it would be spot on. The smoke flavor was perfect, the meat fell off the bone and the sauce was good. I would say their product is of high enough quality that it could use less seasoning which could be seen as a complement in a way.

Poor understanding of allergies/dietary restrictions – I called ahead & then asked again when I ordered about gluten, but when we opened the takeout containers we found out they had put both of our meat orders on slices of bread. The sides seem safer for someone who is gluten free. My boyfriend said the burnt ends were also not burnt enough.

As a Washington native who spent some time in KC, I have been searching for some great BBQ. I came across this joint sceptical. Normally places out here phone in sides, no not this place. They put just as much love into sides as they do their brisket. And oh what a brisket!! I will definitely be back for more and more, as well as tell all my friends to as well. Thank you! Keep it up!!

Delicious is all I can say. Dry rub was so good we didn’t even use the sauce. We only tried the Burnt Ends dinner and a chopped chicken slider this time. Potato salad and BBQ Beans were the sides that we chose for the dinner. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu.

If Google would let us give half stars I would probably rate this place 2 1/2. Service is nice, lobby is clean and well designed. Cole slaw and beans were tasty but the brisket and chicken is VERY dry and no discernable smoke flavor. Longhorn in Milton is a better choice.

Whenever I want ribs in a quick fashion they’re also there. Been going for years. The lady that provides the service is very respectful. The cooks do a great job and I never get bad food. Happy to have them

Considering this is Federal Way I would give it 6 stars. I love the vinegar based bbq sauce. We had ribs and pulled pork. Nothing seemed out of a can or bag. Beans, slaw and potato salad yummy. Service easy, very friendly and fast. Can’t believe in 3 years we have never gone here! Nice work.
