Pretty good bbq. Weekend burnt ends were tender and their bbq sauces brought it all home. Look forward to my next visit. Fried green tomatoes were a perfect starter. Sat on porch and listened to music from band across the street. Nice start to a Saturday .

Fantastic service for a local low-key anniversary dinner. Tender ribs, amazing sides, great pulled pork, and BBQ sauce. Although we only ate about half the food we somehow squeezed in a cherry bomb(moist chocolate surrounding a cherry) each for dessert.

Best Brisket I think I have ever eaten. Very reasonably priced and portions are large.

This is a really quaint place to have lunch or dinner. There is a nice story on the take out menus that tells the journey of the owners. A cool American dream story. I like to eat in these type places. It is more personal then going to a food chain establishment.

The best brisket I have put in my mouth in 25 years. I am retired here to Florida from Kansas. I traveled from Mexico to Canada throughout the Midwest 35 year and have eaten BBQ everywhere I went. I have eaten BBQ up and down the east coast too. Each region has its own twist but KC BBQ has always been my favorite. I have eaten at both legends, Gates and Bryant’s, in KC and their beef brisket was not as good as this. I also had ribs and collard greens and loved both. I will be going back here often. I love the place and it is true KC style BBQ.

Hit or miss… Sauces are decent…burnt ends and brisket were very fatty. Ribs were dry. . place has potential but the meats need to have some seasoning and flavor added, not just the smoke. Our server was good

Had such high hopes of FINALLY finding a KC-style BBQ somewhere in FL. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Why doesn’t anyone in FL slice their brisket? Instead it’s a hunk of beef (almost like roast beef). While it tasted fine (I had the chopped beef sandwich), we expected something more along the lines of what you would actually find in KC. Sauces were good as were the ribs. The beans were different though. Can’t say they were my favorite. Service was good and friendly. Loved the KC sports theme, almost felt like being back in KC. Guess our quest to find (really) good BBQ in FL continues.

Being from the Kansas City BBQ area and wanting so hard to find BBQ that tastes like home, we tried KC Que a second time. Again, I was disappointed by the pork (both the pulled pork and the ribs), it tastes sweet, like a bunch of sugar was added and no smoke flavor comes through at all….pork should be savory and smokey. Most of the sides are pretty good, but it looks like I must continue my quest for decent BBQ.
