Ordered teriyaki spicy chicken for $16 came with zucchini, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Dried out chicken and crusty rice, don’t waste your money here go next door to Arawan, same prices.

One of the few restaurants that stayed open in Vancouver during the height of the Pacific Northwest’s unexpected heatwave, and I admire them for doing so. Super hungry after work, I was driving around looking for somewhere good to eat, and came across this restaurant. I had tried them once before and they left a pretty good impression on me with their beef teriyaki, which was a hearty serving.

First time ordering food from KC Teriyaki, and I wasn’t disappointed. Ordered the combination Chicken Teriyaki & Orange Chicken (asked for no salad, so they gave me more rice). Also ordered the Gyoza. My food was hot & fresh, and I didn’t have to wait long for it. Definitely have enough to last me another meal too. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

My husband is autistic and went to KC Teriyaki today to buy some dinner and my husband was standing off to the side reading the menu. For no reason the older Asian gentleman who is the cook started yelling at my husband and told him to order something or get out.

I ordered their special menu (chicken teriyaki & general tao’s chicken) to go, which included rice and fresh salad. Portion was generous and price was reasonable. Chicken teriyaki tasted delicious. However general tao’s chicken didn’t meet my expectation, the sauce tasted pretty bland and I didn’t really like the smell and taste of flour coating on the chicken.

This place is top notch teriyaki. Simple and easy menu, portions are great and the staff is so friendly and quick! Even remembers my orders when I come in!!! Next time you want to grab a quick lunch or get some take out for the fam, you will never be disappointed going to KC Teriyaki on mill plain
