I’ll kick off with my lowest rating. So…you guys, let’s be honest… this eatery is serving its purpose…and that’s all. I initially missed it because the signage doesn’t really stand out. It sits on a small corner of a strip next to another small restaurant. I parked behind the building just to be safe ( I know right! Trust me, I did it for my car). Going in, you are immediately in the restaurant. I think the lobby holds about six 4-seater tables. Order at the counter, canned sodas and Togo boxes. I mistakenly ordered the Gyro plate which is basically a deconstructed Gyro. Before I move on to the food, I gave it 4 stars because the employee had on a sleeveless shirt. She was very nice but health and safety wise… I’m just not into seeing someone near food with open armpits. My plate was actually cheaper than the lunch special Gyro. It was filling! I didn’t eat it all because it was too much for lunch. My rice, my meat my bread…it was all delicious! No fibbing. My meal was $15. The average meal these days is about that much and I actually have 2 servings. Not bad right . I would consider this place a hole in the wall and well worth my $15 and my time. Go try it out!! I’m going to go warm up my leftovers now Ta-Ta

the gyros were very good but the falafel was thrown into a togo box straight out of the fryer with no parchment paper causing them to melt the togo box and be unedible please start putting something in the boxes to prevent this in the future

I have two stars because the food wasn’t horrible but the customer service was. I came in town to visit my daughter and new grand baby. My daughter is breast feeding but wanted something good to eat. I googled this place and drove 12 minutes to get there. Once I arrived there was no one in there but I still waited to be serviced. The young lady was on the phone, holding the phone on her should and switching from speaker to her ear. She did not wash her hands or wear gloves and was seen sneezing and not covering her face. She warmed up the rice and meat in the microwave and the meat was dry. We tried it but won’t be returning.

The food was really good!!! Their rice is amazing and the fries are so perfectly cooked. The meat was soooo tender and the sauce is worth the extra .75 cents. Can’t wait to come back! Definitely a gem

Thanks to this place we now have a new rule about trying new restaurants: check the bathroom BEFORE ordering. Half a light in the bathroom with water all over the floor and bar soap for everyone to wash their hands with or watered down pump soap. The water on the floor was probably from the diaper sprayer/diy bidet they have attached to the toilet. Now to the food: I am so grateful we did not get sick (one star for that). Over $100 for my family of 7 to get a meal. I have never paid so much for a gyro anywhere. I have had better fries from public school cafeterias. My husband said he’s had a better gyro on post at fort Bragg (sad, y’all), and I’ve had much better gyros at a mall. I absolutely could not tell you why they are charging these high prices for pre-made, frozen food they half heat up. Everything was warm, not hot and yes we ate there at the restaurant. The falafel were the worst I’ve ever had. I watched the cook open the freezer burned bag of pre-made lumps of sad excuses for falafel and the pita bread is definitely not homemade. They do not have tzatziki sauce but instead some weird, sweet, garlic ranch-like sauce. The humus was a solid, cold lump that was oddly spicy and very oily. The fries were so bad I asked if they are the fries they usually serve since we came here partly based on the photos of good looking fries. I was told these are the fries they always serve. My kids wouldn’t even eat them, they were that bad. I asked for no onions on my gyro but was told the tomato, onion, and cucumber are all cut up and mixed together so you get them all or none. The server was very nice (another star for good service). The door SCREAMS a loud alarm beeping at you when you enter and leave. We feel ripped off and definitely won’t be going back for low quality, overpriced food.

I ordered and paid online. When I went to pickup, the lady said they’re closed. I tried to ask for a refund. She spoke no English. We used a translator app. She said she is only there to clean the place. The owner was away, and she couldn’t contact her. It’s incredibly unprofessional to leave a website up where people can still spend money despite the location being closed. If the owner is reading this, I’d like a refund ASAP.

This has to be hands down some of the best food that I’ve had in a while especially coming from killeen. They definitely need more attention. I had the special lamb gyro and the mixed grill plate both being so good. The amount of flavor is insane and not to mention the amount of food you get is also really nice. I would 10/10 eat here again. Really good customer service and the food is just amazing.

I ordered two plates, a side of rice, and side of salad. I was upset to find that the lettuce was very obviously old and they still served it- Especially when you pay $5 for an extra salad. Both side salads were bad on the main plates as well as my extra side salad I ordered.

Went to this place for the first time today. I was legitimately shocked at how loaded the gyro was. It was huge. Almost as big around as my forearm. I didn’t think I could finish it, but I powered through. Only downside is I really needed a nap afterward.

I tried Kebab-istan for the first time last night and the food was great. It was freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented. Service overall was exceptional itself. The restaurant looked to have been opened recently. Overall an amazing meal and highly recommended for everyone!
