The Chicken and Waffle hype really began when L.A. Rapper “Snoop Dogg” brought it to the mainstream when he made references in his songs to the world famous “Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles” in Los Angeles. The Chicken and Waffle concept actually started in the early 1900s in Harlem, New York. Keith was fascinated with the combination so he decided to start his own venture. Before embarking on this journey I have conducted some extensive research in search for the best Chicken and Waffle joints in America. Having traveled as far as Florida in search of the best Chicken and Waffles in order to gain the knowledge and experience to be considered one of the greats. I have spent several years perfecting my chicken seasoning recipe.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! What more needs to be said. Came here for lunch today, and aside from trying to find a parking spot, everything was wonderful. We ordered two chicken and waffles plates, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and the candied yams. Collard greens were my favorite. Looking forward to a return trip.

Went on a light 4 mile hike on San Bruno mountain. Afterwards was looking for a good place to recharge thought about giving Keith’s chicken and waffles a shot. Glad I did. Had the chicken and waffles breast and wing combo with a side of collared greens. Very very delectable. Chicken was seasoned well and still tender inside. The waffles We’re fluffy tasty and light. Food is delicious !!! I ordered 2 piece chicken with waffle and mac and cheese as my side. The portion size was perfect for me, but you can always add on. I was very impressed about how fresh and crispy the chicken was since I took my meal home to eat. Today was my first time eating from here, but will not be my last!

Friendly courtesy fast service. The food is seasoned well. Just a bit spicy for me but still tasty. Good presentation. I would have given 5 stars if the portions for the sides were bigger. For $4.95 I was expecting a full size not a simple size.

Bought 4 chicken and waffles to tryout with family. Very friendly staff. The waffles were light and tasty. Chicken were flavorful and juicy. The candied yams were excellent. Mac and cheese had the homemade taste to it and was cheesy. The cornbread was not bad. Overall, I would order this meal again. They are also in process of opening another restaurant in south san Francisco area with a different menu from the original one.

Absolutely love this place!!! It was everything my best friend told me it would be. I would like to try the other waffles. The collard greens are great as well. The mac and cheese has a spicy flavor to it that is not my normal but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was fried very well.

Keith’s Chicken N Waffles has one of the best friend chicken recipes in the Bay Area! My girlfriend and I ordered takeout from here and were blown away by the quality and flavor of the friend chicken. It was nice and crunchy but also had some amazing flavors. The Belgian waffle was also delicious. It was so fluffy and crispy. We ordered this meal through grubhub I advance and had a slight hiccup in the order, but other than that everything was perfect!

Great place, probably the best fried chicken I ever tried in my life. Both Red Velvet and usual Belgian waffles are great too. Definitely try Mac N’ Cheese, juicy and just a little bit spicy. The place is pretty budget too. Workers are nice and friendly. Definitely give this place a try!
