This place always has great food, but they definitely need to do something about the kitchen being under staffed, we literally waited almost 40 mins for our food after waiting 20 mins to get a table. I get it that restaurants get a lunch rush, I worked in food service most of my life from busboy, to cook. You schedule your cooks around your busy times, plus your killing your servers tips because they are the ones having to tell their customers, I’m sorry for the wait or it’s about to come out and then 20 mins goes by.

We came here during breakfast. We ended up having to take the food to go since we had an appointment. The food was good even after sitting in the car for over an hour. Their was no wait when we went at 8:30 am on Saturday.

Our waitress Sonata… fabulous…absolutely fantastic…. she didn’t pull out a note pad to take orders … she got them right without a blink… the food was ok… not great by any stretch….my breakfast ham was tough and my husband had to wait an extra 30 min while they were cooking eggs and they came out pretty much raw… you’d think that would not be the case with the longer wait after everyone was done with their breakfast already including him with his pancake….it was not good at all… he ordered them over medium to begin with. I feel bad for the wait staff that has to take the order and it ends up being wrong yet she apologized for it right away. We did not worry about it and didn’t want to stay longer… was not her fault and she was excellent with everything and everyone else we saw she served. The hostesses were very sweet as well… they handled customers with such grace. They only served breakfast today you could not get lunch… for whatever reason they did not say.

Food was delicious and the portions were decent. My complaint is with the staff, our server was sweet, but we weren’t informed by the Hostess that they weren’t serving lunch, we placed our order but then our server came back to inform us that they weren’t serving lunch today. We really weren’t given a reason as to why we couldn’t order lunch (was after their 10:30am lunch start time). Then it took our server a few trips to even get us a straight answer of what we could order…

My first visit. I had to wait because they were waiting on another server to come in. My french toast tasted like toast with powdered sugar. The potatoes and turkey bacon was good. The blueberry sauce was cold. My serve never checked on me to see if I needed anything.

I’m not sure what was going on with the cooks on Saturday. But the pancakes I had were still doughy as if it wasn’t given enough time to be cooked through. My husband had a southwest sandwich and they forgot the meat. When we told our waitress she was annoyed with us as if we made the order incorrectly. We she came back with the order it was still incorrect. So my husband decided to leave it as is. We didn’t want to say anything again just because we wanted to avoid the waitress reaction. She also didn’t come by we had to flag her down. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I do believe this is our last time coming to this location.
