Disappointed. Every single time I have stopped in (except one) they have been out of almond milk. As someone who formally worked for a coffee shop, when we were going to be out of a menu listed item for longer than a day we would simply run to a grocery store to pick up enough until our next shipment or take the inventory from another location. (Seems feasible and simple) Its great that they also offer oat milk but that isn’t an option for me personally. Its a great location to stop in for a coffee on the weekend or on my way to work but both locations for that matter seem to have supply issues. Really like supporting local but if they don’t have what I’m looking for will have to go elsewhere to enjoy a beverage.

Amazing experience. Me and my girlfriend were sitting on the couch inside trying to figure out what we wanted to order. The barista came over and asked if we wanted free drinks because they made extra. It was so kind of her to offer them rather than just throwing them away. I didn’t have to decide what to order, and I didn’t need to spend a penny. We will definitely go again for more dates, except we’ll probably have to pay next time. xD

Need to update their website they have no lunch food as advertised and I asked for 2 different kinds of coffees and they couldn’t make either due to the fact that didn’t have the ingredients. So disappointed because when I come into small towns I like promoting the small town businesses.

Nice atmosphere and great coffee. Cute gift ideas as well as bagged coffee, cups, jewelry and pairings. The Pumpkin spice latte is the best I’ve had ever and I’ve had it in a lot of places.

Kelly’s is just the comfiest little coffee shop, and with THE BEST coffee. Like, the best, for real. They also make delish bakery items, like the cookies *drool*. It’s one of those places you want to just hang out at all day (Sometimes I do). Sit on the sofa and read a book, or grab a table and play a game with friends. I wouldn’t enjoy living in Richland Center as much as I do without this place.
